  • Whole wheat bread with jam, cream cheese, and fresh fruit.

Lunch

  • Chicken meatballs with steamed rice and mixed steamed vegetable salad, along with 2% milk.

  • Whole grain pasta with homemade tomato sauce, grilled chicken, and roasted vegetables.

Afternoon Snack
